LLOYD HALL

Project Specification:
Sector: Design & Build
Client: Lloyd Hall Management Committee
Location: Outwood, Surrey
Project Value: £540k
Timescale: 32 weeks

Lloyd Hall occupies a prominent position within the village of Outwood, and is an important centre of activity for the community.

The existing 1930s building, built and donated to the village by philanthropist Alfred Lloyd, was deemed no longer fit for purpose. Through the efforts of Lloyd Hall Management Committee monies were raised to fund the new build for future generations to use and enjoy.

Buildwise worked with the Management Committee to develop their ideas and vision into a live project. Demolition and site clearance began to make way for the new 390sqm oak framed building designed by Buildwise in partnership with Oakwrights.

The new building has been designed to meet the multitude of requirements for its users, and is environmentally sustainable with uncompromising architectural attention to detail.
