HOP Vietnamese

Project Specification:

Sector: Commercial

Client: Hop Vietnamese Ltd

Location: Coleman Street, Broadgate, Cullum Street, London Wall

Project Value: £150k to £240k

Timescale: Between 4 & 8 weeks

The owners of Hop Vietnamese appointed Buildwise as the main contractor to carry through Born Design’s interior concept, aimed to resemble a ‘real life’ Vietnamese street food environment.

The first two sites at Coleman Street and Broadgate were on a tight 6 week and 8 week respective programme. Buildwise’s team were able to hit the ground running, working with a shell finish in both instances. The third site in Cullum Street was turned around during the Christmas break. Continuing with the roll-out of sites in the City, London Wall is the most recent addition to the growing brand.

Attention was paid to the acoustic insulation to both units before the ceilings were clad in timber planks for a rustic look.

Buildwise’s joiners custom-made the furniture and fittings, including the seating, counters, food stations and Bahn Mi food carts.

All projects ran smoothly and Buildwise is pleased to have been appointed to continue the brand roll-out across other sites.
