Perfect growing weather for new turf, and for hard landscaping. The finishing touches to the first phase of refurbishment works to a private house in Surrey.
We are on site refurbishing a large private house in the beautiful Hampshire countryside. There will be nothing off the shelf for this project, so it’s great to have the experience of the Godalming Kitchens & Bathrooms team working with us.
Office back to basics and ready for a ‘loft apartment’ interior fit-out. Large balcony being created at first-floor level for taking in the views of the River Thames. As with all our sites, very happy H&S consultant visit today. Full steam ahead!
Scaffolding down and it’s now clear to see what a great outlook this new build has. Our team are putting in the new driveway this week, and are grateful the weather forecast looks fine! Property being marketed by Knight Frank.
The Rotunda in Godalming is a great local example of our listed building restoration and refurbishment work. Submitted by Godalming-based project architects C7 to the Waverley Design Awards, the project made it to the shortlist. Although it didn’t make the final, it’s still very rewarding to get the recognition for work well done. The Awards celebrate good design in planning, architecture, sustainable development and landscaping. Good luck to all the finalists!
The existing fire escape stairwell has been cleared to all floors, ready for integration into our redevelopment project. As you can imagine in a substantially built 1930s office building, it was a bit of an onerous task for those that drew the short straw! Additional, usable floor space has been created for three of the 39 apartments.
