MAKING USE OF DEAD SPACE

MAKING USE OF DEAD SPACE

The existing fire escape stairwell has been cleared to all floors, ready for integration into our redevelopment project. As you can imagine in a substantially built 1930s office building, it was a bit of an onerous task for those that drew the short straw! Additional, usable floor space has been created for three of the 39 apartments.

LOTS AND LOTS OF TRENCHES…

LOTS AND LOTS OF TRENCHES…

The old concrete farm hard-standing in now crisscrossed with numerous trenches ready for new services to the three barns. The agricultural redevelopment is set in a rural location and getting services to the site has been an interesting and lengthy task for our ground workers!
LISTED TOWNHOUSE RESTORATION

LISTED TOWNHOUSE RESTORATION

We have lots of experience working with listed properties, and dealing with any issues that are unearthed during the renovation process. A listed townhouse in an elevated position in Godalming town centre is now in our capable hands and in the process of being converted back to residential.
With accommodation over three floors, the building was recently used as offices. The interior has had minor alterations over the years, most of which are to the rear of the property.
Our team will preserve and repair any original structures and features.
