Work is progressing well at our site in Clapham, under the expert guidance of our site manager Simon McGowan. We are converting a large detached 1930s office building into 39 apartments, and are keen to preserve all the original architectural features, including the main stone and wrought iron staircase.

The Arts & Crafts movement of the early 20th century saw the most decorative wrought iron, the Art Deco period saw sleeker and less ornate design styles. The building’s Art Deco heritage is clear to see with its exterior linear appearance too.
